Good, regular attendance and practice habits are essential for physical, mental and emotional musical development. We have set up our studio schedules, curriculum, and policies with that continued progress in mind.
We are greatly looking forward to being able to assist you with your musical studies. If you wish to schedule lessons at either studio or have any unanswered questions concerning staff or policies, please call the Eden Prairie facility at 952-937-5305.

Registration Fee:
A one-time non-refundable $20.00 registration fee per student is charged for all new students. Registration for each additional new student in a family is a one-time $10.00 charge.
For your convenience, once you are enrolled, you will be automatically enrolled in the next session at your current cost.

Facilities - rental:
ALL FACILITY RENTALS ARE SUBJECT OUR STUDIOS' INSTRUCTIONAL NEEDS
Room with a piano per 1/2 hour - $6 for non-students, $4 for students
Room without a piano - $4.00 for non-students, FREE for students
Recital Hall (seats 75 with 1 or 2 Grand Pianos) - $50.00 per hour
No Food or drink is allowed in our Recital Hall
Tuition:
A student may enroll at any time during the session. Cost of tuition will be pro-rated for that session only.
If a student transfers from any another instructor to our studio. We will match that price. Just show us a billing or an invoice that shows what you were paying and that's what you will pay at our studio untill the end of our session. Then our current tuition will take effect.

Individual lesson rate is $24.95/ half hour through October 31. Starting on November 2, price will be adjusted to $25.95. Higher tuition may be charged for instructors with advanced degrees. Tuition is pro-rated if an individual lesson falls on a day the studios are closed (see front page). There will be no tuitions refunded after week 5. Credits are not guaranteed for student cancellations.
Once a student is enrolled and remains enrolled, that price is assured to remain the same for as long as they continually remain enrolled.
Full Tuition: Payment is due on or before the first lesson of a session. Tuition statements will be sent 3 weeks prior to the start of each session. Credits will not be issued for student cancels.
Two Payment Option:One half is due on or before the first lesson and the remainder is due before week 5. A $6 installment fee is charged for this option. Please check the box on the invoice. This option is available only with credit card.
Late payments will be subject to:
15% APR for overdue balances plus a late fee of $13.00 if over 10 weeks past due

Music and Materials:
Payment for all materials is due within a week of receipt. We regret that no refunds or credits may be given for any materials once they leave the studio.

Attendance:
Please keep your instructor and the studio office informed of any changes
affecting your lessons. Good, regular attendance and practice habits
are essential for continued, regular progress.

Student Cancellations:
You are purchasing regular time sessions from a trained, valued instructor.
As a courtesy and in consideration of their schedules, please let them
know of the need to cancel your lesson. Credits will not be granted
for any student cancellations.

Instructor/Weather Cancellations:
We cannot guarantee rescheduling lessons. If not rescheduled by the end of
the session, a credit for these cancellations will
be issued at the end of the session to be used toward the next session's
tuition.

Rescheduling:
An individual instructor may be able to offer make-up lesson for any
cancellations if a mutually acceptable time can be found. If not made
up, credits will be granted for instructor and weather cancellations
only. These credits will be applied against tuition for the following
session.

Discontinuing Instruction:
If it becomes necessary to discontinue for the following session, 2 weeks written
notice must be give to the instructor or the studio office,
with tuition paid through that period.
